1. Training Programs
Refund Eligibility
• Full refunds are available within 7 days of enrollment
• Only if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed
• After 7 days or after 20% content access, refunds are not available
2. Consulting Services
• Consulting fees and deposits are non-refundable
• If cancellation occurs before work begins, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion
• Once services have started, no refunds apply
3. Digital Products
All downloadable digital products and materials are non-refundable once access is granted.
4. Subscription Services
If applicable:
• Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime
• Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle
• No partial month refunds
5. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
• Immediate account termination
• Permanent access revocation
• Legal recovery and collection fees
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund exceptions may be reviewed for:
• Medical emergencies
• Verified technical access failures
• Duplicate payments
Supporting documentation may be required.
7. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
