All content on the ScaleAI platform — including videos, course materials, AI models, code samples, documents, graphics, and branding — is the exclusive property of ScaleAI and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may NOT:

• Copy, resell, redistribute, or record content
• Use our materials for commercial purposes without written permission

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share login credentials
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer our systems
• Disrupt the learning platform
• Use services for illegal or unethical purposes

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund

7. Consulting Disclaimer

All consulting services are educational and technical in nature. ScaleAI does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice. Implementation decisions and outcomes remain solely your responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

ScaleAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the services you purchased.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
